ON EXTRACTORS IT IS RECOMMEND THAT YOU VACUUM PRIOR TO EXTRACTING, USE A LIQUID DETERGENT INSTEAD OF A POWDER, RUN A CLEANING AGENT THROUGH THE SOLUTION TANK ALL THE WAY THROUGH THE WAND TO CLEAR THE SYSTEM EVERY SO OFTEN (WHITE VINEGAR WORKS GOOD FOR THIS), AT THE END OF THE DAY LET YOUR VACUUMS RUN FOR A FEW MINUTES TO BLOW THE MOISTER OUT AND DON'T LET THE RECOVERY TANK FILL UP TO THE TOP WHEN EXTRACTING. LASTLY, ALWAYS USE A DEFOAMER IN THE RECOVERY TANK TO MINIMIZE FOAM FROM ENTERING THE VACUUMS WHICH WILL PREMATURELY DEGRADE THE VACUUMS AND WILL VOID YOUR VACUUM WARRANTIES. ORDER AND RETURN INFORMATION: ALL ORDERS SHOULD BE SHIPPED WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS IF PAID BUY CREDIT CARD. WE ACCEPT MOST MAJOR CREDIT CARDS , BANK CHECKS AND MONEY ORDERS. ALL RETURN GOODS MUST HAVE A RA # BEFORE SHIPPED BACK OR IT WILL BE REFUSED AT OUR LOCATION AND SENT BACK TO YOU. BMS HAS LITTLE CONTROL OF THE PRODUCTS ONCE THEY LEAVE OUR WAREHOUSE.
